I dreamed for many years of what I envisioned as the perfect craft retreat:

Teachers with different personalities and styles who mingle and offer support during classes

New techniques and tips/tricks for improving old ones

Products from several companies including new-to-me craft goodies

Curated kits in color-coded, zip pouches to help keep supplies organized

Food included so that I can budget and don’t have to leave the hotel

Encouraging, fun event to meet new crafty friends

Finally I decided that to find my dream retreat, I would have to plan it myself, and the Nashville Craft Retreat evolved into that event! The first annual NCR was held in Franklin, Tennessee in June, 2022. We had 55 attendees, five artist instructors, seven classes, 24 sponsors, and amazing SWAG all jam-packed into an unforgettable two days.

Planning for the 2026 Nashville Craft Retreat has begun, and it promises to be bigger, and (dare I say) even better!*

Theme: NashVegas!!

Who: Artists, Crafters, & Scrapbookers. We focus primarily on cardmaking, but most techniques can be applied across genres. We now offer CROP space!

When: May 27-30, 2026 (Plan to arrive on May 27 for the themed evening meet and greet.)

Where: Drury Plaza Hotel, Franklin, Tennessee (Discounted room group rate $165 plus taxes and fees for NCR guests)

Tentative event schedule: May 27, 2026 – Evening themed meet and greet; May 28-30, 2026 – Crafty classes, food, fun, and friends all day!

Retreat Cost: $449 Cost will be billed January 1, 2026. $79 Non-refundable fee (applies to retreat cost) due at time of registration.

What is Included: Seven workshops (with class kits including featured products and cardstock, detailed supplies list and instructions for each project), Card Cafe, Artist Instructors, Giveaways, SWAG Bags, Sponsor Coupons, Catered Lunch Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Breakfast & Dinner included with discounted room reservation.

NCR CROP 2026

We again will host crop space for the Nashville Craft Retreat 2026! This is the perfect time to gather with your scrapbooking friends, craft, and spend some quality time together. Registration opens soon. Seats are limited! So register as soon as possible! Let’s Get Crafty Y’all!!

When: Check-in evening 5-9 PM May 27. Craft all day Thursday and Friday from 8-9PM, and Saturday, May 30, 2026, 8-7PM.
